- Through the contact form: your name, how to reach you (email, Telegram or WhatsApp), the date and time you would like for the call, and the message you write.
- Technical server logs (IP address, date, requested page), needed for security and for running the site.
Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to your request and arranging the call: steps taken at your request before a contract, and your consent.
- Site security: legitimate interest.
Recipients
Your data is intended for Evgenii Selin only. It passes through the site's server, hosted by netcup GmbH (Germany). I may be notified of a request by email or by an instant messenger (for example Telegram), in which case those services' own policies apply. I do not sell your data.
Retention
Requests are kept for no more than 3 years after our last exchange, unless a business relationship begins, in which case data is kept for as long as legal obligations require.
Cookies and trackers
This site uses no cookies and no analytics tools. Fonts are hosted on the site itself, so no requests are sent to third-party services to load them.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to the processing of your data and to data portability. To exercise them, write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the French authority CNIL: www.cnil.fr.
Other contact channels
If you contact me through WhatsApp or Telegram, your data is also processed by those platforms under their own policies.
